Captain and the Kiwi is owned by a U.S. Army combat veteran and his wife from New Zealand. They first came to York while dating, loved it enough to get married here, and later bought this house so they could return every year with their growing family.

That history shapes the way the home is set up: practical bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry, 5 parking spots, outdoor space, and enough room for families and longer stays to feel settled instead of squeezed in.
